We classify our wood blocks into three grades: A, AA, and AAA. A = Some/limited pattern and flame effect. AA = Usually a lot of pattern and flame effect but does not cover the whole block. AAA = Highly patterned and flame effect covering most of the block.
These sizes which makes a great size for most knife handles. Not stabilized, fully natural and dried. The photos illustrate the grade and quality of blocks you will get, not necessarily the exact block you will get.
